British Business Bank Confirm Lib Dem MP’s Pressure and the BEIS Wicked Scheme to Publicly Name Those Who Got a Bounce Back Loan Could Destroy Those Businesses

BBL Helpline

Since writing this BBL news update, I am pleased to announce the matter has gone before a Judge, and no one is going to be named who has a BBL on any type of public register.  More on that here > https://mrbounceback.com/new-flash-the-tribunal-decision-has-just-been-published/

Some shock admissions were revealed in the Commons yesterday in an “Urgent Question” debate about David Cameron, Greensill, Rishi and the Government, one being both BEIS (Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy), and a Lib Dem MP, against the warnings given by British Business Bank, appear to want to name all those who got a Bounce Back Loan. Here are the documents.

I will keep this brief as the more I dig into the scandals and alleged corruption at the heart of Government, the more I discover that revolts me.

In the Commons yesterday the Lib Dem, MP Sarah Olney was chatting away to Paul Scully from BEIS, the latter had been sent to “try” and explain the David Cameron – Rishi Sunak – Greensill alleged scandal that has been making headlines.

She badgered Paul Scully for a date when the names of everyone who got a Bounce Back Loan would be published, to which Paul Scully revealed they may soon be.

Here is that shocking exchange:

However, much like it has been alleged that Rishi Sunak and others have been being up to no good, that would mean the British Business Bank would have to reveal those business owners’ details, and they may actually appear also on an EU website!

Below I have highlighted the documents, and the stark very clear warning the British Business Bank have given out about making those names public, read on you will be gobsmacked.

Data Reporting to the European Commission and the UK Government

This explains a sneaked in recent update on the Government website (March 3rd 2021), which you can view here>> https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-loan-schemes-privacy-notice in fact you will have probably already been sent that update if you got a Bounce Back Loan.

“Like some of the UK Government’s other COVID‑19 business support measures, the COVID‑19 loan schemes are considered to be financial assistance from the State (also known as State aid or a subsidy). To comply with State aid rules, where required, certain information about loans granted under the COVID‑19 loan schemes (including the identity of individual borrowers and the amounts borrowed under the Scheme) must be shared with the UK Government and the European Commission who may publish details on their respective transparency websites. We are working to confirm what information, if any, needs to be made available for publication in relation to individual Bounce Back Loan facilities.”
