Bounce Back Loan Delay from Lloyds

Hi! I applied with Lloyd’s Wednesday last week, received the email ‘we’re happy to offer you a loan, subject to checks’ heard nothing since, spoke to them today on phone they said it’s automated no human involvement so can’t see progress but declines would show as a note on account and there’s no notes to that effect so not declined currently.

Could I just be in a backlog, have most people you’ve spoken to received the funds after that email?
