I’ve successfully applied for a Metro BBL.
Started at 12.30, got to the front of the queue at 7pm and went through the online process in 15 minutes.
Application accepted immediately and all the email links worked.
I’ve seen other people complaining but I was quite impressed with how smoothly it went on their first day.
