England, Undefeated in 8 Euro Matches After Leading at Halftime
Sunday’s victory at the Arena AufSchalke in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, did not come as a surprise for many.
According to UEFA statistics, since the 2-1 defeat to France at Euro 2004, England’s team has remained undefeated in eight matches in the competition after leading at halftime.

Incidents Before the Match
Prior to the England-Serbia match, English supporters were involved in “an altercation” with Serbian fans.
Social media video showed bottles, chairs, and tables being thrown in the city that hosted the match before the arrival of the police.
The two groups were quickly separated and seven Serbians were taken into custody. One of them is the subject of a criminal complaint for grievous bodily harm.
